About us

Our client is an employment and labor law practice exclusively devoted to representing management, with more than 1,900 attorneys. The firm serves as a single-source solution provider to the global employer community and has been recognized consistently as a leading and innovative law practice, litigating, mediating, and negotiating some of the most influential employment law cases and labor contracts on record for more than 70 years. The firm combines deep local experience with global reach, and is fully focused on client service. It fosters a culture that celebrates original thinking, and invests in proprietary technology that keeps clients ahead of what is likely to happen next in the employment law landscape, not just what is happening today.

  • Demonstrated familiarity with and openness to leveraging AI-driven and emerging technologies, with the aptitude to apply them effectively to enhance efficiency, client service, and legal work product
  • Ability to manage an active caseload independently while collaborating with a national team
