LABOR & EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and counsel on employment matters
• Handle wage/hour compliance and defense
• Draft and litigate non-compete, confidentiality, and non-solicitation agreements
• Represent employers in state and federal courts and before state and federal agencies

Requirements

• 4–6 years of employment litigation experience
• Superior academic credentials, excellent research, and writing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Licensed to practice in Indiana and reside in the state (licensure in Kentucky and Ohio is a plus)

Pay

• Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
• Annual subjective bonus

Schedule

Hybrid work environment (three days in-office) with a “dress for your day” policy.
