LABOR & EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities
- Provide advice and counsel on employment matters
- Handle wage/hour compliance and defense
- Draft and litigate non-compete, confidentiality, and non-solicitation agreements
- Represent employers in state and federal courts and before state and federal agencies
Requirements
- 4–6 years of employment litigation experience
- Superior academic credentials, excellent research, and writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Licensed to practice in Indiana and reside in the state (licensure in Kentucky and Ohio is a plus)

Pay
- Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
- Annual subjective bonus
Schedule
Hybrid work environment (three days in-office) with a “dress for your day” policy.
