Labor and Employment Litigation Associate

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of employment litigation experience
• Experience providing advice and counsel on employment matters
• Experience with wage / hour compliance and defense, non-compete, confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements
• Familiarity representing employers in state and federal courts and before state and federal agencies
• Superior academic credentials, excellent research, and writing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
