About the role

We are seeking a Labor and Employment Litigation Associate with 4–6 years of experience to join our Indianapolis, Indiana office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment litigation, including wage/hour compliance and defense, non-compete agreements, and representing employers in state and federal courts and agencies. This role offers structured training, mentorship, and a clear path to advancement within a dynamic, coast-to-coast firm.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and counsel on employment matters
  • Handle wage and hour compliance and defense
  • Draft and litigate non-compete, confidentiality, and non-solicitation agreements
  • Represent employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys on sophisticated legal matters

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of employment litigation experience
  • Superior academic credentials, excellent research, and writing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Licensed to practice in Indiana (residency in Indiana required; licensure in Kentucky or Ohio is a plus)

Pay

  • Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
  • Annual subjective bonus

Schedule

Hybrid work environment (three days in-office) with a “dress for your day” policy.
