We are seeking a passionate and committed professional to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, guiding them through the complexities of buying, selling, and investing in real estate. This role requires expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Execute Dream Team lead generation systems weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and trainings
• Consult with sellers, convert listings, and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers
• Track activities and clients using Dream Team technology
• Comply with relevant laws, rules, regulations, and conditions

Qualifications

• Strong sense of urgency with a focus on quality
• Knowledgeable about the real estate industry
• Enthusiastic about delivering a 5-star client experience
• Passionate about building long-term relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Technologically savvy, proficient in Google suite, CRM, and social media platforms
• Self-accountable and self-motivated
• Area expertise, including familiarity with local markets and communities
