• Generate listing opportunities through consistent lead generation, follow-up, networking, and seller consultations
• Develop confidence in pricing discussions, market analysis, listing presentations, negotiation strategies, and guiding sellers from the initial consultation through closing
• Learn from experienced real estate professionals and strengthen communication skills, ability to create lasting client relationships, and daily habits that help build a steady pipeline of listing opportunities
• Continue developing a referral-based business while creating long-term success in real estate
