Listing Agent

Responsibilities

• Aid clients in buying and selling properties by offering expert guidance throughout the transaction process.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers and renters.
• Develop and maintain a robust network of clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts.
• Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in accordance with local real estate laws and company policies.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments in the Vancouver area.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and leases to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in the state of Washington or Oregon.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values in Vancouver, WA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client confidentiality.
• Familiarity with real estate contracts, disclosures, and legal requirements.
• Ability to build and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
