Responsibilities
- Lead listing consultations and guide sellers through pricing, timing, and strategy
- Convert listing opportunities through clear, confident communication
- Execute pre-listing preparation plans (pricing, staging, positioning)
- Convert online buyer inquiries (including Zillow Preferred opportunities) into active clients, identifying potential seller opportunities and pipeline growth
- Collaborate with in-house marketing to ensure strong listing presentation
- Manage seller expectations throughout the listing and negotiation process
- Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers to maximize outcomes
- Execute consistent lead generation to maintain a listing pipeline
- Host and leverage open houses strategically (minimum 4 per month)
- Track all client activity and pipeline within PLACE Technology
- Participate in weekly coaching, trainings, and script practice
- Continuously refine skills in pricing strategy, objection handling, and seller communication
Qualifications
- You’ve likely had success in real estate, but you know listings require a different level of skill.
- You Might Be a Strong Fit If You Are a licensed real estate professional with active transaction experience
- Have worked with buyers and are ready to grow your listing business
- Are comfortable leading conversations and advising clients
- Are coachable and open to refining your approach
- Are willing to follow a proven structure for consultations and pricing
- Understand that listings require preparation, strategy, and consistency
- Take ownership of your pipeline and results
- Want to be held to a higher standard — not avoid it
