Compensation
The hourly pay rate for this position is $22.50 per hour.
Schedule
- Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00pm to 8:30pm
- Thursday - Monday: 12:00pm to 8:30pm
- Tuesday - Saturday: 8:30pm to 5:00am
- Sunday - Thursday: 8:30pm to 5:00am
- Thursday - Monday: 8:30pm to 5:00am

Must-Haves
- Minimum of two (2) years administrative or clerical experience, Fleet experience preferred.
- A High School Diploma is required.
Your Mission In Motion
Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program
Consistent and effective follow-up with facility personnel on maintenance issues
Dispatch drivers, communicate with Vendors, communication with Operations (load quality, departures, door-close times, etc)
Field telephone calls, emails, BOLs, file, and data entry

- Provide feedback to facility GM’s and Fleet department regarding invoices, maintenance, and compliance issues.
- Focus on providing excellent Customer Service to Internal and External Customers.
- Be proficient in Windows applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Demonstrate excellent fast and accurate data entry skills.
