Line Support Operator

Responsibilities

The Line Support Operator supports daily production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include assembling products, assisting with production processes such as machine operating, inspecting products, and palletizing finished goods. This role involves using hand and power tools, following work instructions, and maintaining quality standards. Team members may also assist with general production tasks across the plant as needed.

Requirements

Backgrounds in assembly, manufacturing, construction, or other hands-on work translate well to these roles. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are key to success.

• Able to accurately count and record in production documents
• Able to read and write the English language
• Mechanically-inclined and able to read a tape measure

Pay

Compensation: GEOTEK utilizes a skill-based compensation model, with starting pay determined by a candidate’s experience, transferable skills, and overall qualifications. The pay range for this position is $20.00–$27.50 per hour. Final compensation will be determined by the hiring manager based on experience, skillset, and job-related knowledge.

Schedule

Available Shifts: PUPI Night Shift (Monday - Thursday), Weekend Days (Friday - Sunday), Weekend Nights (Friday - Sunday), and Day Shift (Monday - Thursday).

Physical Work Conditions

The position is located on the production floor, standing for up to 12 hours a day. Work with or around power tools and chemicals. Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally.
