About the role
Prepare and serve meals in a banquet setting. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Assist in cleaning and sanitizing cooking equipment and utensils.
- Help maintain a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area.
- Follow all food handling and preparation procedures to ensure quality and safety.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to lift heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
