Banquet/Line Cook
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sufficient quantities of food product in accordance with production plan or forecast needs
- Wrap, date, and rotate food items
- Utilize whole food products eliminating any waste
- Maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas
- Alert chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdowns, food overages, or shortages in a timely manner
- Requisition inventory and receive supplies as necessary for daily production
- Ensure proper storage of food items
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
- Perform other duties as required
- 1–2 years of prior cook or food production experience
- Certified culinary training is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Must have flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience.
