Your Role, Your Impact
- Work directly with the culinary team to prep fresh ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace by prepping, labeling, and stocking ingredients.
- Prepare necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins.
- Interact with guests throughout the day, showcasing passion for foodservice and demonstrating dedication to hospitality.
- Aid in training new culinary hires.
Skills required include verbal and written communication, inspiring and motivating others, quick and accurate task completion, awareness of ingredients and potential allergens, and following safe food handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Basic knife and food preparation skills.
- Flexible availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Understanding of safe food handling and storage.
- Must obtain Serve Safe certification.
- High school diploma or GED.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. The Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
