Responsibilities
- Support LabWare LIMS v8 and API integrations
- Provide HL7 integration support
- Gather and document requirements
- Create user stories and test scripts
- Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Develop workflow documentation
- Train end users
- Support system performance improvements
Requirements
- Business analysis experience
- SQL and relational database experience
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
Qualifications
- LabWare LIMS experience
- Laboratory Informatics background
- HL7, XML, CCDA, LOINC, SNOMED CT, ICD-10 knowledge
- Public Health Laboratory experience
- Crystal Reports experience
100% remote role with a duration of 12+ months.
