Business Services Analyst

About the role

The Business Services Analyst is an entry‑level opportunity with room for career advancement. The analyst will work as an effective and collaborative team member, coordinating business pipeline and sales analytics, legal coordination, proposal development & quality control, technical training coordination, and compliance tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Aramark legal department to ensure timely follow‑through and update ES leadership on proposal and contract status.
• Work closely with ES leadership and sales team to improve overall business metrics.
• Own and update the monthly sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and producing monthly reports.
• Lead the quality‑control proposal process, delivering a consistent, high‑level product within tight deadlines.
• Track ES training programs.
• Support the ES marketing team in developing proposal and presentation materials.
• Collect and update key proposal support materials and data (resumes, references, technical training/certificates, etc.).

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Marketing with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proactive, highly motivated, and able to work as part of a team delivering measurable outcomes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) and social media platforms is strongly desired.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and engage in extended walking and standing; may require uniforms and/or personal protective equipment (PPE).

Education

A bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is required.
