Lime Fresh Mexican Grill - Assistant General Manager- Doral

LIME Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, stepping into leadership when the GM is unavailable. This role ensures smooth daily routines, excellent customer service, food quality, and financial goals while managing team performance, compliance, and community relationships.

Responsibilities

• Interface with guests to ensure a perfect LIME experience.
• Understand and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
• Ensure all food and products meet high-quality standards and are prepared and served correctly.
• Drive restaurant objectives in sales, service, quality, facility appearance, and sanitation/cleanliness.
• Train and develop new staff members.
• Collaborate with the GM on employment and termination decisions.
• Manage stock and supply orders and inventory.
• Lead shifts as needed.
• Oversee timely completion of employee performance appraisals.
• Administer fair and consistent corrective action for policy violations.
• Comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal health, safety, and labor regulations.

Requirements

• Complete Lime Fresh Mexican Grill Basic Training course and be approved by EverFresh Endeavors, Inc.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the predominant language(s) of the restaurant’s trading area.
• Minimum of two years of front-of-the-house operations and/or leadership experience.
• Strong basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work 50 hours per week.
