Lifestyle Coordinator - Active Adult Community

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, creative, and people-focused Lifestyle Coordinator who is passionate about creating meaningful experiences and fostering an engaging community atmosphere. The ideal candidate is naturally warm and welcoming, thrives on building relationships, and enjoys bringing people together through exceptional events and programming.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute engaging events and programs for residents, families, and team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Manage and organize daily activities to ensure a high-quality living experience.
• Develop and implement new ideas for resident engagement and community building.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall community life.
• Ensure all activities align with the mission and values of Vitality Living.

Requirements

• Natural warmth and welcoming personality.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Experience in event planning, hospitality, catering, country clubs, hotels, restaurants, weddings, senior living, or community engagement is preferred.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups.
• Fun and engaging personality.
• Skilled at creating social media content using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Canva, and short-form video.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, catering, country clubs, hotels, restaurants, weddings, senior living, or community engagement is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to think creatively and adapt quickly to changing plans.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
