What You'll Do Role As a Well-Being Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping residents thrive by creating opportunities for connection, engagement, and joy. Working primarily within our memory support household, you will: Design and lead meaningful lifestyle and wellness programsInspire residents to discover purpose, passion, and enjoyment in daily lifeBuild relationships with residents, families, volunteers, and team membersCreate engaging events, activities, and experiences that support physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-beingBring creativity, energy, and compassion to every interactionCo-lead a community Alzheimer's Support Group Every day is different, and every day brings the opportunity to brighten someone's life. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas or a related field: Family & Consumer StudiesPsychologyHuman Development & LearningLeisure ManagementSociology Equivalent experience working with older adults, recreation programming, wellness, or activity coordination may also be considered.
