Editorial Ownership: Manage a robust global email calendar, deconflicting schedules across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure brand alignment.
Technical Excellence: Build and maintain eye-catching, responsive email templates using HTML/CSS in line with OffSec brand guidelines.

B2B & B2C Journey Mapping

The Learner Path (B2C): Design behavioral-triggered flows (welcome series, reactivation, exam-prep tips) that support individual skill development and habit-forming learning.
The Enterprise Path (B2B): Develop sophisticated nurture tracks for CISOs and technical managers, focusing on ROI, organizational resilience, and team-wide capability building.
Lifecycle Optimization: Continuously map audience touchpoints to iterate on journey logic, ensuring the "hand-off" between marketing-led and sales-led communication is seamless.

List Management & Advanced Segmentation

Database Health: Direct activities related to HubSpot contact management, ensuring lists are healthy, compliant, and continuously growing.
Behavioral Segmentation: Move beyond basic demographics to segment lists based on deep behavioral triggers: past engagement, lab activity, website interactions, and certification status.
Regulatory Governance: Ensure all communications strictly adhere to global privacy laws, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL.

Research, Testing & Optimization

Performance Dashboards: Create custom HubSpot reporting dashboards to analyze open rates, CTRs, and full-funnel conversion metrics.
Multivariate Testing: Formulate and execute A/B and multivariate testing plans for subject lines, CTAs, and content layout to identify high-performing assets.
Actionable Insights: Translate complex performance data into clear recommendations for the broader GTM team to improve pipeline influence and learner LTV.
