About the role

The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist at Chamberlain Group is responsible for supporting the execution, quality, and optimization of customer journeys through email and SMS campaigns. They will innovate across new and existing channels, messaging, and audiences, and bring process improvements and AI innovations to enhance the lifecycle marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring email and SMS campaign development process schedules and progress to deliver timely messages to intended audiences.
  • Avoid errors in email proofs for content and design accuracy.
  • Participate in strategic planning and test plan development to optimize email and SMS channel results.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate tests, set up test structures, monitor performance, and synthesize insights to support the testing roadmap.
  • Maintain data hygiene with lifecycle marketing data across events, attributes, and customer profiles.
  • Support campaign readiness reviews by confirming data feeds, segmentation rules, and platform configurations meet requirements before launch.
  • Develop and execute crawl, walk, run marketing plans and customer journey integration points for newly launched SMS channel.
  • Document and improve team operating processes.
  • Seek, find, and solve opportunities to leverage AI for team operating process opportunities and improvements.
  • Collaborate and connect with other marketing and product teams to contribute to continuous experience optimization.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and maintain professional and technical knowledge by participating in educational workshops and professional networks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, Email, SMS, CRM, or related roles.
  • Experience using ESP tools such as Braze, Pardot, or email systems.
  • Working knowledge of Email marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Fundamental understanding of segmentation logic, customer attributes, and lifecycle triggers.
  • Foundational knowledge of A/B testing concepts, test setup, and performance metrics.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and process orientation.

Qualifications

  • Strong passion for building and optimizing best-in-class customer journeys.
  • Hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing.
  • Ability to bring process improvements and AI innovations to lifecycle marketing channels.

Benefits

The pay range for this position is $102,600.00 - $165,375.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
