Responsibilities

• Review and audit case files to determine lien status, trust balances, and undisputed funds
• Identify, flag, and communicate discrepancies to the Lien team
• Track and report audit findings with accuracy and consistency
• Maintain detailed audit notes and documentation within the case management system
• Support internal audits and compliance reviews
• Ensure deadlines related to lien resolution and settlement disbursements are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lien workflows and reduce delays
• Monitor and review IOLTA trust account activity for accuracy and compliance

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized with the ability to manage and reprioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce and other software preferred

$26 - $33 depending on experience
