Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
- Respond to agent emails via a Ticket System
- Provide agents with back-office support
- Aid agents with commissions questions, leads support, product information, and more
- Promote and support Allstate Health product sales
- Maintain positive working relationships with assigned accounts
- Met or exceed call quality metrics
- Provide world-class support on every call
Skills and Competencies
- Insurance industry knowledge, specifically Life & Health is required
- Background in account management
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Excellent written, verbal, listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with little oversight
- Ability to work remotely, with a team of others who are also working remotely
- Sit and work at a computer for long periods of time is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate knowledge on how to use a computer, if issues arise should be able to do minor troubleshooting
- Positive attitude
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years Customer Service and Call Center experience
Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 17.98 - 26.16 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
