Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients
- Manage medication administration and treatments
- Provide medication education
- Complete documentation
- Perform computer data entry
Requirements
- Valid LVN license
- At least 2 years of experience
- Complies with HHSC immunization requirements
- Submits to HHSC required drug test
- Submits to HHSC required fingerprinting
- Completes facility and HHSC required training
Qualifications
Must possess valid LVN license.

- Alternating shifts to meet staffing needs
- Able to start any day during the week, given 5 days before start date for processing all pre-employment requirements
