Licensed Vocational Nurse - Pediatric Home Health

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing to medically fragile children in their homes.
• Perform assessments, medication administration, ventilation, and tracheostomy care.
• Implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes and safety.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
• Experience or ability to care for high-acuity pediatric patients preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home environment.
