Angels of Care is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children. What You'll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
- Administer medications & treatments
- Assess patient condition
- Educate families and caregivers
- Follow plan of care
Qualifications
Required:
- Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license (TX)
- Current CPR certification
Preferred:
- Pediatric home health experience
- Trach and/or ventilator experience
