Licensed Vocational Nurse (Pediatric)

Role: Pediatric LVN providing compassionate nursing care in patients' homes. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, trach and vent care, G-tube management, and wound care.Follow physician orders and care plans accurately.Monitor, document, and communicate patient status and changes in condition.Collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure quality care. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.Strong clinical skills in pediatric home health care.Ability to respond effectively to patient condition changes.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
