About the role
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/LPN providing home health care services in Odessa, Midland, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing visits as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
- Deliver compassionate patient care
- Follow treatment plans and maintain proper records
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, with on-call responsibilities on a monthly basis.
Pay
Compensation is on a per-visit basis, with an estimated hourly rate.
Requirements
- At least one year of clinical and home health experience
- Current LVN/LPN license
- Valid CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license for travel
