About the role
We are seeking a licensed clinical therapist to join our Westmont, IL, clinic. (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW)
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy.
- Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other providers.
- Build strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Must be fully licensed in the state of Illinois (the company is unable to provide supervision).
- Full-time Hybrid role: Must be able to reliably commute to Westmont, IL, 2-3 days per week.
Qualifications
- Unrestricted IL license (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for advancing the therapy field.
- Previous experience.

Pay
$70,000.00 per year
