About the role
We seek creative and collaborative humans with a passion for changing mental health care in fun and meaningful ways. Positions are available for both full-time and part-time roles.
Responsibilities
- Proactively re-book and retain clients
- Develop professional relationships within the community to aligned referral sources
- Value autonomy and performance-based growth
- Complete timely documentation and treatment planning
- Build and maintain consistent recurring client schedules
- Care for and coordinate care with other providers as needed
- Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration
- Contribute to expanding access to care through professional visibility and relationship-building within the community
Requirements
- Current Michigan license (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP) or limited license track
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Professional communication skills
- Comfort with hybrid work model
- Established client following or referral relationships encouraged (incentive eligible)
