About the role

We seek creative and collaborative humans with a passion for changing mental health care in fun and meaningful ways. Positions are available for those with current Michigan licenses (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP) or those in the limited license track.

Responsibilities

• Proactively re-book and retain clients
• Develop professional relationships within the community to aligned referral sources
• Value autonomy and performance-based growth
• Complete timely documentation and treatment planning
• Build and maintain consistent recurring client schedules
• Coordinate care with other providers as needed
• Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration
• Contribute to expanding access to care through professional visibility and relationship-building within the community

Requirements

• Current Michigan license (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP) or limited license track
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• Professional communication skills
• Comfort with hybrid work model
• Established client following or referral relationships encouraged (incentive eligible)
