About the role

We seek creative and collaborative humans with a passion for changing mental health care in fun and meaningful ways. You will build one.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively re-book and retain clients
  • Develop professional relationships within the community to aligned referral sources
  • Complete timely documentation and treatment planning
  • Build and maintain consistent recurring client schedules
  • Coordinate care with other providers as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration
  • Contribute to expanding access to care through professional visibility and relationship-building within the community

Requirements

  • Current Michigan license (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP) or limited license track
  • Strong clinical documentation skills
  • Professional communication skills
  • Comfort with hybrid work model
  • Established client following or referral relationships encouraged (incentive eligible)
