Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and develop treatment plans
- Offer case management and coordinate community support services
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support clients in achieving recovery and stability
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in supervision, training, and professional development
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential
- Associate’s degree in human services or related field (bachelor’s preferred)
- Knowledge of addiction recovery, counseling principles, and case management
- Experience with justice-involved populations is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
