About the role

We are seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to provide individual and group counseling, conduct assessments, screenings, and treatment planning, and deliver case management and community support services. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, supporting clients' recovery goals, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in supervision and professional development.

Requirements

• Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential
• Associate's degree in a human services or related field (bachelor's preferred)
• Knowledge of addiction, recovery, and case management principles
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
