Licensed Substance Use Counselor - Residential

About the role

We are seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to provide individual and group counseling services for adults in a new residential treatment program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, screenings, referrals, and treatment planning
• Provide case management and coordinate community support services
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support clients' recovery goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in supervision and professional development

Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential
• Associate's degree in human services or related field (bachelor’s preferred)
• Knowledge of addiction, recovery, and case management principles
• Experience with justice-involved populations (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
