About the role

Seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to provide individual and group counseling, conduct assessments and treatment planning, and coordinate community support services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver case management
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support client recovery goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners

Requirements

• Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential
• Associate’s degree in a human services or related field (bachelor’s preferred)
• Knowledge of addiction and recovery principles

• Experience with justice-involved populations
