Licensed Program Director
Description
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals and families navigating mental health challenges? We're looking for a dynamic and compassionate New Journeys Program Supervisor to lead, inspire, and guide a dedicated team of up to 6 employees.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on leadership, training, and support, ensuring a high standard of care for clients aged 15-40 facing psychosis and related challenges.
- Lead a meaningful program that changes lives, while also developing your skills in program management, staff leadership, and community collaboration.
- Work directly with clients and their families to assess needs, connect with vital community resources, educate about psychosis, and teach vital skills for managing symptoms and improving communication and problem-solving.
- See clients in the field or office. Location is in the Tacoma WA area. Hybrid role at home and office.
Requirements
- Can be licensed or in the process of being licensed in WA State **LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or Licensed Agency Associated Counselor (LAAC)
- Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks
Qualifications
- $82,000-$96,000/year
- Hybrid work setting
- Flexible schedule
- Eligible to be a partial remote position
