Licensed Program Director

We're looking for a dynamic and compassionate New Journeys Program Supervisor to lead, inspire, and guide a dedicated team of up to 6 employees. In this key role, you’ll provide hands-on leadership, training, and support, ensuring a high standard of care for clients aged 15-40 facing psychosis and related challenges. This is your opportunity to lead a meaningful program that changes lives, while also developing your skills in program management, staff leadership, and community collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on leadership, training, and support to a team of up to 6 employees.
- Lead the New Journeys program staff in assessing needs, connecting with vital community resources, educating about psychosis, and teaching vital skills for managing symptoms and improving communication and problem-solving.
- Work directly with clients and their families in the field or office.
- Manage a hybrid role, combining remote and in-office work in the Tacoma WA area.
Requirements
- Licensed or in the process of being licensed in WA State as a LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Agency Associated Counselor (LAAC).
- Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse team and provide individualized support.
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment options.
