Licensed Program Director

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate New Journeys Program Supervisor to lead, inspire, and guide a dedicated team of up to 6 employees. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on leadership, training, and support to ensure a high standard of care for clients aged 15-40 facing psychosis and related challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership, training, and support to a team of up to 6 employees.
• Lead the New Journeys program staff in assessing needs, connecting with vital community resources, educating about psychosis, and teaching vital skills for managing symptoms and improving communication and problem-solving.
• Work directly with clients and their families in the field or office, with a hybrid role at home and office in the Tacoma WA area.

Requirements

• Licensed or in the process of being licensed in WA State as a LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Agency Associated Counselor (LAAC).
• Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks.
