About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate New Journeys Program Supervisor to lead, inspire, and guide a dedicated team of up to 6 employees.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on leadership, training, and support to ensure a high standard of care for clients aged 15-40 facing psychosis and related challenges.
- Lead the New Journeys program staff in assessing needs, connecting with vital community resources, educating about psychosis, and teaching vital skills for managing symptoms and improving communication and problem-solving.
- Work directly with clients and their families in the field or office.
- Manage a hybrid role, combining remote and in-office work.
Requirements
- Licensed or in the process of being licensed in WA State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Agency Associated Counselor (LAAC).
- Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks.
