We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate New Journeys Program Supervisor to lead, inspire, and guide a dedicated team of up to 6 employees.

Provide hands-on leadership, training, and support to ensure a high standard of care for clients aged 15-40 facing psychosis and related challenges.
Lead the New Journeys program staff in assessing needs, connecting with vital community resources, educating about psychosis, and teaching vital skills for managing symptoms and improving communication and problem-solving.
Work directly with clients and their families in the field or office.
Manage a hybrid role, working both from home and in the office.

Licensed or in the process of being licensed in WA State as a Licensed Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Agency Associated Counselor (LAAC).
Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks.

Experience in program management, staff leadership, and community collaboration.
Passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals and families navigating mental health challenges.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
Knowledge of psychosis and related conditions.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

$82,000-$96,000/year salary range.
Hybrid work setting.
Flexible schedule.
Eligible for partial remote work.
