Licensed Practical Nurse or Graduate LPN - Medical Telemetry Unit

This role involves providing patient care by utilizing the nursing process under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional or RN. The position is on a progressive unit focused on adult medical patients requiring telemetry monitoring, where innovation and quality patient care are emphasized. Responsibilities

• Coordinating patient care with other departments
• Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
• Developing strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Current LPN license within the state
• LPN‑IV certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (required or must be completed within 30 days of hire)
