Licensed Practical Nurse or Graduate LPN - Medical Telemetry

About the role

This role involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care under the supervision of licensed professionals or a Registered Nurse (RN). The position offers opportunities for both full-time and part-time work, with shifts of 12 hours, either day or night, including rotational weekends. The role primarily serves a medical-surgical unit managing complex diagnoses such as infectious diseases, wound care, respiratory and metabolic conditions, post-surgical care, and outpatient therapies.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Current LPN license, meeting state requirements within 90 days of graduation
• Experience as a new or experienced LPN, with LPN-IV certification issued by the relevant State Board
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion within 30 days of hire
