Licensed Practical Nurse or Graduate LPN Medical Telemetry

Role Overview Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care under the supervision of licensed professionals or a Registered Nurse (RN). Maintain accountability for patient care, coordinate with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care during 12-hour shifts, including day and night rotations. Manage patients with complex conditions such as heart failure, respiratory issues, dysrhythmias, pneumonia, sepsis, COPD, diabetes, and gastrointestinal disorders. Coordinate care for procedures like cath lab, angio, dialysis, infusion, and anti-coagulation therapies. Maintain professional standards and ensure compliance with licensure and certification requirements. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. Current LPN license and LPN-IV certification as per state requirements. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire. Experience as a new or experienced LPN is acceptable.
