Licensed Practical Nurse or Graduate LPN Telemetry

About the role

Seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide patient care under supervision, utilizing the nursing process to ensure quality care and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating patient care with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
• Managing complex diagnoses and acute/chronic conditions such as infections, wound care, pneumonia, sepsis, COPD, diabetes, and post-surgical recovery
• Supporting patients requiring surgical procedures, outpatient infusions, chemo, and anti-coagulation therapies
• Provide compassionate, professional patient care, collaborate with team members, and ensure adherence to licensing and safety standards

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Current LPN license and valid IV certification per state requirements
• Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association) or completed within 30 days of hire
• Experience preferred but not required; new grads welcome
