Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Graduate LPN - Medical Telemetry Unit

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or guidance of licensed healthcare professionals. Maintains accountability for patient care, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinates care with other departments. Key Responsibilities Perform nursing assessments and deliver direct patient care on a Med-surg/Telemetry unit.Participate in innovative projects aimed at improving nursing practices through quick PDSA cycles.Develop critical thinking and clinical skills in adult medical patients requiring telemetry monitoring. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.Current LPN license within the state, with LPN-IV certification (Missouri required).Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire.Either new or experienced LPNs are welcome. Key Duties: Work 12-hour shifts with rotational weekends, providing comprehensive patient care, maintaining patient confidentiality, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
