Licensed Practical Nurse or Graduate LPN - Medical Telemetry Unit

About the role

This role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of licensed professionals or RNs, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating patient care across departments
• Assessing patient needs and implementing appropriate interventions
• Developing critical thinking and clinical skills within a Med-surg/Telemetry setting

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Current LPN license and IV Certification according to state requirements
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
• New or experienced LPNs are welcome
