About the Role
Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care in the patient's home.
Responsibilities
- Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
- Collaborate closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership
- Deliver care aligned with CDC safety guidelines
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania or multistate LPN license
- TB test (PPD or QF)
- BLS CPR card (in-person)
- Valid driver's license
- Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care
Skills
- Ability to build meaningful patient relationships
- Follow clear care plans
- Adapt to a supportive clinical environment
