About the Role
Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care in patients' homes.
Responsibilities
- Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
- Collaborate closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership
- Deliver care following established plans of care
- Ensure safety and comfort while adhering to CDC safety guidelines
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license
- BLS CPR certification (in person)
- Valid driver's license
- Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care
- Ability to build meaningful patient relationships
- Work independently with support as needed
