About the Role
Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care in patients' homes.
Responsibilities
- Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
- Collaborate closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership
- Deliver care aligned with CDC safety guidelines
- Utilize clear care plans and maintain safety protocols
- Foster meaningful patient relationships
- Provide personalized patient care under RN oversight
- Adhere to safety standards and use provided PPE
- Support safety initiatives
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN or Multistate License
- TB test
- BLS CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care
