About the Role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing one-on-one pediatric home health care in the child's home.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients with complex needs
- Collaborate with RNs and clinical leadership
- Follow established plans of care
- Ensure safety and adherence to CDC guidelines (PPE provided)
Requirements
- Valid Delaware or multistate LPN license
- Recent physical and TB test
- BLS CPR card (in-person certification)
- Valid driver's license
- Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, and vent care
